Made of Solid Brass - be aware of the different metals used to produce urns. Solid Brass is durable and heavy - therefore a far more superior metal than other metal alloys. This urn has a threaded screw top lid. This urn can be buried and will remain intact.

We only carry a small amount of stock, as the majority of our products are made to order. Where products are in stock please expect a 7 working day delivery.

Bespoke items

4 to 6 weeks from receipt of ashes and your confirmation order form.

Fingerprint Jewellery 
4 to 6 weeks from receipt of order and supply of fingerprint.

Urns and caskets
7 to 10 working days. If engraving is required please add an additional 7 working days.

Returns

We understand how important your satisfaction is with a product of this deeply personal nature. Most of our products are bespoke, (made especially for you against you order), with some items containing ashes you have provided or engraving to your order. Due to this bespoke nature we cannot offer a return unless:

a. The product does not match the order.
b. The product is faulty.

In the event of one of the above reasons, please email us at info@keepingmemories.co.uk or ring us on 01482 352199. Please include your full name as per your order to help us track the initial order. If you have it, please include our invoice number.

If the return reason is fault or damage related, please take a photograph and include it in your email detailing the description of the fault.

If you wish to cancel an order, we will refund in full if work has not been started. If for example, ashes have been put into glass or engraving has started, we cannot offer any refund.

If the product is not bespoke, upon receipt of your email, we will send you a returns note. Goods must be returned within 14 days from the day after the goods are received/signed for. Goods must be returned in their original condition along with all packaging and paperwork. If returning goods you are under a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them.  All goods must be returned by a secure postal method at your own expense. You should retain proof of postage until we inform you that the returned items have been received safely by us. A full refund will be given excluding any postal charges included in the original purchase price. The refund will be made for the cost of the goods to the same method of payment used to place the order.

We want our clients to be happy with our products and services. We take great care to provide all items correctly, but on the rare occasion there may be an issue, we believe the above policy is fair and reasonable.
