The Ashes into Glass® Tribute Ring is the physical reminder of an eternal bond and holds treasured memories. We will make it to fit (a ring sizing gauge will be supplied) and your special message will be engraved on the inside of the band. Ashes into Glass® gemstones are made to last a lifetime, you can confidently wear your ring daily.
Carry the special memories of your loved ones with you at all times by placing their ashes into rings that last a lifetime. Ashes into Glass Tribute Rings symbolise eternal love and togetherness. Set into a band of sterling silver, 9ct gold or white gold, the stunning stones of our rings are made in part from the ashes of your loved ones, forever encasing their memory in beautiful crystal glass.
Our Tribute Rings are hand-crafted to ensure they fit your finger, and we will inscribe your own personal message inside the band to always remind you of their memory. Each individually cut stone is available in one of five colours, and made completely unique with the distinctive presence of your loved one at its very core. The resulting piece of cremation jewellery is a ring that is an exquisite, thoughtful and tasteful tribute that will bring you comfort for as long as you wear it.

HOW TO ORDER
To order, simply complete the checkout process on our website.
We will then post you a personalised confirmation pack containing a form for any engraving details, (if required) and a container for the spoonful of ashes.
Please return the form and ashes to Keeping Memories, M. Garton & Son.
Please be advised that due to the nature of each bespoke piece, the whole process may take 4-6 weeks.

We only carry a small amount of stock, as the majority of our products are made to order. Where products are in stock please expect a 7 working day delivery.
Bespoke items
Ashes in Glass
4 to 6 weeks from receipt of ashes and your confirmation order form.
Fingerprint Jewellery
4 to 6 weeks from receipt of order and supply of fingerprint.
Urns and caskets
7 to 10 working days. If engraving is required please add an additional 7 working days.

Returns
We understand how important your satisfaction is with a product of this deeply personal nature. Most of our products are bespoke, (made especially for you against you order), with some items containing ashes you have provided or engraving to your order. Due to this bespoke nature we cannot offer a return unless:
a. The product does not match the order.
b. The product is faulty.
In the event of one of the above reasons, please email us at info@keepingmemories.co.uk or ring us on 01482 352199. Please include your full name as per your order to help us track the initial order. If you have it, please include our invoice number.
If the return reason is fault or damage related, please take a photograph and include it in your email detailing the description of the fault.
If you wish to cancel an order, we will refund in full if work has not been started. If for example, ashes have been put into glass or engraving has started, we cannot offer any refund.
If the product is not bespoke, upon receipt of your email, we will send you a returns note. Goods must be returned within 14 days from the day after the goods are received/signed for. Goods must be returned in their original condition along with all packaging and paperwork. If returning goods you are under a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. All goods must be returned by a secure postal method at your own expense. You should retain proof of postage until we inform you that the returned items have been received safely by us. A full refund will be given excluding any postal charges included in the original purchase price. The refund will be made for the cost of the goods to the same method of payment used to place the order.
We want our clients to be happy with our products and services. We take great care to provide all items correctly, but on the rare occasion there may be an issue, we believe the above policy is fair and reasonable.
